Description: This 230-room full-service luxury hotel is located on the waterfront of historic Rowes Wharf in the central business district of Boston. Asset management services were provided for the Joint Venture Partnership which included 330,000 square feet of first class office space, 100 luxury residential condominium units, parking garage and maritime facilities. The overall strategy was to maximize financial performance through yield management, effectively contain costs, deploy capital to protect asset and enhance returns.
