Description: Acquisition and asset management services were provided for this 194-room full service resort. It is one of two hotels within the master planned Kapalua Resort on 1,500-acres and includes three championship golf courses. The hotel was completely renovated and a qualified luxury hotel manager was retained to provide greater depth of management resources, improve operating controls and raise service levels. Asset manager also led in the development of 45 luxury condos.
