Description: Acquisition due diligence, asset management and disposition services were provided for an institutional client. Management and franchise contracts were terminated due to non-performance and new contracts were renegotiated. The restaurant and bar were renovated to create a more attractive and functional outlet and the spa performance improved with asset management initiatives. Aggressive yield management policies were also implemented which raised the ADR by nearly $50. The hotel sold at a price that far exceeded client’s expectation.
