Description: Development oversight and asset management services were provided for this five star and diamond coastal resort. A favorable management contract with Ritz-Carlton was negotiated providing for an unencumbered exit five years after opening. The strategy was to maximize profitability and stabilize operations quickly for disposition. The resort successfully opened and was recognized as a world class destination. RevPAR index exceeded the competitive set with cash flow increases year-over-year.
